Returns & RefundOnce you have purchased your Sleep Ninja Mattress you have 30 Days to try and the product. Please go through the 30 Days Trial Policy for same. In case of any manufacturing defect (specified below) within 1 year of purchase, the mattress will be repaired or replaced with an identical product. In case of any manufacturing defect after the first year, either a repair or in case if a repair is not possible, a Prorated Credit Settlement will be applicable.
- 1) Once you open the Roll-Packed mattress should come back to its specified dimensions within 48 hours, if it doesn’t come back to the exact dimension of the mattress, the product is defected. However, a + or – 15 mm variation in length, width and thickness is in the tolerance limit.
- 2) Any sort of fabric damage found on opening the seal is considered to be a defective product.
- 3) Any physical flaw in the mattress that causes the foam material to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling.
- 4) Reduction of a thickness of greater than 1 inch will be considered as sagging and will be treated as a manufacturing defect.
Mattresses that are manufactured by Sleep Ninja and bought directly from www.sleepninja.co.in www.sleepninja.co.in or authorized Sleep Ninja partner only are subject to the Sleep Ninja 10 Year Limited Warranty and cannot be transferred to another person.

Return/Refund request will not be entertained in case of improper usage or physical damage to the product. You are expected to return the Sleep Ninja product/s in good condition.
All Sleep Ninja Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of order placement. Customers can modify / change order before shipping confirmation. Custom orders once placed cannot be modified or changed. If there are any cancellations after dispatch of the order, a fee for logistics will be charged to the customer depending on the product and case at hand.
Wrong Size Order
Replacement requests due to incorrect Mattress Size Order will carry a return shipment cost and new product shipping cost, which will be borne by the customer. It is always recommended to cross check the size before placing the order.
Trial policy is not applicable to the accessories which includes Comforters, Mattress Protector, and pillows
A replacement will be accepted only if incase there is damage or defect to the product during delivery. Please ensure you keep the original packaging incase of a replacement.
